Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on US orders over $100 before tax and after coupon codes. Please note that eligibility for free shipping may change once a discount code has been applied. Gift cards do not apply towards free shipping minimums.

Shipping is calculated by weight for orders under $100 before tax and after coupon codes. Please note that we can only ship to addresses in the USA at this time. 

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. If your order was placed during a high-volume sale, processing times may be extended to 5-12 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We do our very best to get your order processed as quickly as possible. However, the estimated delivery date is only an estimate. If you have not received tracking information within 10 business days, please Contact Us to review the status of your order. 

Package Protection is available at checkout for your convenience to protect your order from loss, damage, or theft once it leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for any package after it is given to the carrier and can not offer refunds on orders damaged, lost or stollen during shipment that do not have Package Protection selected at checkout. 

Editing Orders Post-Purchase

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, edit, add, remove products or change quantities once your order is placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully - along with reviewing garment sizing charts - before submitting your order. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Discount Code Policy

Only one coupon code per order is allowed. Coupon codes do not stack with other discounts and do not work on limited edition products. We do our best to keep prices low and offer fair discounts during holidays and for special occasions and can not guarantee product availability during the full length of a sale. Sales are first come first served and are fulfilled in the order they are placed. If you see a style you like, we suggest buying it at your earliest convenience to best ensure product availability.
