If you don't know me by now, I'm John Hozik, the founder that created Disciplined Dads. After years in corporate leadership, success looked good from the outside — but I knew real fulfillment in life would never come from titles. It would come from who I was as a man, a husband, and a father.
So I built what I felt was missing. A place where men could be reminded that discipline matters. That presence matters. That fatherhood matters. That leading your family well is one of the greatest responsibilities and privileges a man can have.
Since launching in 2024, I'm humbled to say Disciplined Dads has grown into one of the largest and fastest-growing communities for dads and men online. Reaching millions with content centered on family, fatherhood, masculinity, leadership, faith, resilience, personal growth and responsibility.
But this has never just been about content — it’s about impact.
It’s about helping men reclaim their role as leaders in the home. It’s about breaking destructive cycles and building stronger families. It's about reminding fathers that the example they set every day echos far beyond what they can see right now.
